SHOES- GRIP SOCK POLICY

Shoes are required for all classes with the exception of P: B ABS-SESSION and Feel yourself Yoga. For these two classes, Socks with grips or bare feet are acceptable; socks with grips are available for purchase.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CLASS?

No problem! We have a 4 hour class cancellation policy. That means you can cancel up to 4 hours before the class start time and the class will be credited to your account.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY CLASS?

If you need to cancel a reservation, log in to your MindBody account, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time you’re going to miss. If you have trouble canceling or have any questions, call us!

WHAT IF I DON’T SHOW UP FOR A CLASS THAT I SIGNED UP FOR?

If you are using a class package or you purchased a single class you will lose your class credit. If you have a membership, you will be charged a $10 fee for not showing up or canceling your class with less than 12 hours notice.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We are sorry, but we do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel less than 12 hours before the class start time, you will lose the class credit.

WHAT IF I NEED TO SWITCH MY CLASS TIME?

Classes cannot be switched less than 12 hours in advance of the class start time.

CAN I JOIN CLASSES AS A DROP-IN?
You may show up without registering in advance as a drop-in, and if a spot is available, it’s yours! Please arrive no sooner than 15 minutes before the class start time for a drop in.

WHAT IS THE WAITLIST AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase a class or series. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and sent a text message to confirm.

All classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you’re added to a class from the waitlist, you will be added to the class before the 12 hour cancellation window begins. Just keep in mind that our 12-hour cancellation applies to everyone, including those added from the waitlist. If you are added to the class list but no longer want a spot in that class, you will need to remove yourself from the class at least 12 hours before the class start time. If you are added to the class and fail to remove yourself in time, you will lose the class credit.

If you are on the waitlist but no longer want a spot in that class, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist. If you are not added to the class within the cancellation window (sooner than 12 hours before the class start time), you will not be charged for the class.

HOW DO I CHECK IF I AM ON THE WAITLIST?

To check your waitlist status, log in to your MindBody account, select My Info and click My Schedule. If you have been assigned a spot in the class it will say “WAITLIST UNCONFIRMED.”  If you plan to join the class, you will confirm your attendance here. If you do not want this class, be sure to remove yourself or notify us (sooner than 12 hours before the class start time) and we’ll cancel your reservation.

DO YOU OFFER A MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP?

We offer a Monthly Unlimited Membership. You can book up to (2) two classes a day, every day! The Monthly Unlimited Membership auto-renews every month. The date your monthly membership expires, your account will automatically be registered for the following month, under the same terms. If you’re a Monthly Unlimited Member and you fail to show up for a class you’ve registered for or you cancel outside of the cancellation window (more than 4 hours notice), you will incur a $10 fee.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP?

To purchase your Monthly Unlimited Membership follow the instructions on your mind-body account or call the studio. Please note that your month membership/contact will activate the day you purchase it. If you’d like to change the activation date, just send us an email. You cannot purchase memberships from the app. You can only purchase contracts from your laptop or PC.
