Love this gym ! Claudia and the rest of the project body staff are amazing ! Best little gym gem on the east side. I love the Fitz Method class. Nothing like it !!
Claudia and Project: Body has transformed my body!! I started initially with personal training a few days a week to gain muscle and get wedding ready. But now I am hooked, it’s no longer about a short term goal but a part of my life! Claudia is incredible and knows how to work your individual body to see incredible results. I used to be timid of group classes but now love them. All the instructors challenge you and everyone is so encouraging. Highly recommend - it has been life (and body) changing for me!!!
Project Body ATL is just the place I’ve been looking for. The instructors provide great motivation in a fun atmosphere! I love the variety of class offerings and they keep adding more. I leave every class feeling energized and positive. Get ready to sweat and have fun!
Like most, I struggled staying consistent with working out for many years. I found Project:Body and it has changed my life. When comparing my years at Project:Body to my time at other studios or self led programs, what stands out most is the creativity and variety. You won't get bored or feel like you've mastered a class. The instructors are motivational and build FUN and challenging classes. It doesn't hurt that you get great results too! I've built more muscle during my time here. The fundamentals also matter! Booking is easy (MindBody) and there is both a parking lot and street parking. Inevitably, you'll be late and the studio won't turn you away. They also offer online versions of classes.
Favorite gym in Atl! I love Claudia! Found her at another gym before she opened this place and couldn’t wait to become a member. I love the small class environment, personalization and workouts that push me harder than I’d go myself. There’s a good mix of classes and a really supportive environment. 10/10 would recommend 😊
I am SO GLAD I found Project: Body ATL!!!! It's everything I've been looking for -- personalized attention, classes that are both intense and low impact, instructors that really know their stuff (led by the badass Claudia Fitzwater, who started the studio), and a fun and supportive community. All fitness levels, bodies are welcome and I look forward to my workouts throughout the week. The class packages are affordable and worth it!!!
Yesterday was my first class and I went back today, and I also booked out all of the next month because that’s how great it was! They made me feel so welcome and it was fun and challenging without being over powering. Thank you guys and I am excited to join this community.

I absolutely love Project: Body ATL! The classes are challenging but fun. I’ve tried classes with Claudia, Rae, and Britni. They’re all so kind and encouraging. Would highly recommend this studio for your fitness needs!
