What is Project: Body Atlanta?
A Full-body workout based on strength training, cardio, pilates, and circuit and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with our branded resistance bands. This class delivers results in 45 minutes.
Workouts are designed to give you a good burn, boost your metabolism, cut fat, and build your cardiovascular strength in a supportive environment.
FUNCTIONAL HIIT
Our signature class Asspiartions full-body, is designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance.
EQUIPMENT
We use branded resistance bands with different attachments and anchors, similar to TRX bands but with tension. Online clients can purchase the portable version to experience ProjectBody at home.
