We encourage every woman to listen to their body and go at their own pace. We understand that everybody’s performance is different and varies during the month. We offer modification, progression, and different ways to perform exercises. The Small group sizes allow us to differentiate and tailor our instruction. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, you can take any of our classes.
