First-Time Visitor Recommendations

Welcome to our fitness studio! We’re excited to have you join us for your first Pilates, Barre, or Cardio class. Here are some tips to ensure you have the best experience:

  1. What should I expect in my first Pilates class?  In your first class, expect a welcoming environment where our expert instructors will guide you through the basic movements and techniques of Pilates. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to meet your instructor and get comfortable in the studio. Whether you’re a beginner or have experience, we’ll make sure you’re supported throughout the class. We do not close our doors if you are running late please come in!
  1. What should I wear to class? Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow for ease of movement. We recommend grip socks for Pilates and Barre classes to help with stability and hygiene. If you don’t have grip socks, we have them available for purchase at the studio
  2. Do I need to bring any equipment? No need to bring any equipment! We provide all the Pilates props and mats you’ll need. Just bring a water bottle, and we’ll take care of the rest.
  3. . How often should I do Pilates to see results? For best results, we recommend practicing Pilates 3-4 times per week. Consistency is key, and over time you’ll notice improved strength, flexibility, and muscle tone.
  4. Is Pilates good for weight loss?  Yes, Pilates can be a great addition to your weight loss plan. It helps build lean muscle, which boosts your metabolism and aids in fat loss. While Pilates itself is low-impact, it engages your entire body, promoting fat burn and toning muscles.
  5. Are classes suitable for beginners? Absolutely! We offer a range of classes that are beginner-friendly. Our instructors are skilled at offering modifications and guidance to help you progress at your own pace, no matter your experience level.
  6. Do you offer small group or private sessions?  Yes! We offer both small group classes and private sessions. Small group classes provide a more intimate setting for personalized attention, while private sessions allow for one-on-one guidance tailored to your specific goals and needs.

However, it’s important to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.
