Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow for ease of movement. We recommend grip socks for Pilates and Barre classes to help with stability and hygiene. If you don’t have grip socks, we have them available for purchase at the studio.
In your first class, expect a welcoming environment where our expert instructors will guide you through the basic movements and techniques of Pilates. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to meet your instructor and get comfortable in the studio. Whether you're a beginner or have experience, we'll make sure you're supported throughout the class. We do not close our doors if you are running late please come in!
No need to bring any equipment! We provide all the Pilates props and mats you’ll need. Just bring a water bottle, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Signing up is easy! You can book your class directly through our website or via our app. If you’re a first-time visitor, be sure to check out our new client specials!
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, we ask that you do so at least 8 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.Cancellation fee $10 for no shoe and $9 for loathe cancel.
