LOW IMPACT WORKOUTS
ProjectBody ATL offers a welcoming, inclusive Pilates studio with group, semi-private, and private sessions. Our expert instructors guide you through dynamic, mat Pilates-inspired, barre workouts and strength training sessions delivering an effective full-body workout in just 45 minutes.
Pilates Reimagined
Our approach is a fresh take on traditional Pilates. We use the Principles and framework from Joseph Pilates but we deliver our sessions, using creative flows, pilates props incorporating low-impact exercises, and faster transitions to deliver real results in less time. Regardless of your fitness level, our trainers are here to offer modifications that enhance your form and performance.
BARRE BURN
This class merges barre, dance, and Pilates with full-body exercises and cardio sequences to sculpt and strengthen your body like never before. This dynamic class combines functional training movements like squats, lunges, and presses with targeted, smaller repetitions from Barre and Pilates for a total body burn. Designed exclusively for women, this class provides a supportive environment to help you achieve your fitness goals. Please remember that grippy socks or barre socks are required for participation. ABC Pilates (Arms, Back, and Core)
Get ready for a low-impact, high-burn workout that targets your upper body and core! Our SCULPT format focuses on strengthening every muscle, ensuring that no area is left untouched. You’ll work your biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, chest, obliques, and both upper and lower abs.

Low Fi / Lower Body
Join our Low-fi class for a low-impact workout that focuses on building 360-degree strength around your core, glutes, and legs. Experience a killer leg series filled with squats and lunges designed to sculpt and tone your lower body while strengthening your abs from every angle. This class is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their strength and stability without the strain.

Full Body Strength + Cardio
